After the completion of the consultative process andfollowing the adoption of RECOM’s Draft Statute on March 26, 2011, the Coalition for RECOM launched a new phase, which began as part of the dialogue among civil society organizations, in order to transform the Initiative into a transnational project of transitional justice. And that is the most important task of the new Regional Team of Advocates, which this issue of ! The Voice introduces.
